Moa Son lived a mundane life, working regular hours at a Hunter’s Guild office despite living in a world plagued by the recurring threat of dungeons. Her routine was shattered when, after a tedious workday, a dungeon opened unexpectedly and violently sucked her inside. Finding herself in a life-threatening environment with zero combat experience, she awakened as a "Collecting Hunter." While traditional hunters focus on defeating bosses and retrieving cores, Moa was completely out of her depth, possessing no offensive strength and paralyzed by fear. To survive, she had to rely purely on her wits, eventually discovering a secret ability: every resource she collects automatically becomes the highest possible quality.
The series succeeds by blending the mundane frustrations of office life with a terrifying "System" where dungeons can swallow a workplace in an instant, keeping the stakes palpably high. While it utilizes familiar Hunter-genre tropes like RPG leveling and specialized classes, it feels fresh due to its smart protagonists and the unique "zero-to-hero" journey of a non-combat specialist. Ultimately, it is a polished and consistent read that manages to stand out in a saturated market through its unique character synthesis.
