Claude de Alger Obelia

The cold-hearted Emperor of Obelia. A man of chilling beauty who shows little expression. He claimed the throne after killing his own father and his older brother. Upon Diana's death, he attempted to kill his daughter, blaming her for the loss of his beloved, but was stopped by Lylian. While he initially struggles with the instinct to kill Athanasia, he finds himself unable to do so, as he constantly sees Diana's reflection in her.
